Named for the late Heaven Hill master distiller Parker Beam, who died of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) in 2017, this is the 15th edition of the Parker's Heritage series. The mashbill is 51% wheat, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley this is only the second time that a wheat-heavy mashbill has been featured in the range.
The latest edition of Parker's Heritage Collection is made up of 75 barrels that were charred for one minute and 30 seconds, as opposed to Heaven Hill's more traditional timing of 40 seconds.
